Process & providing all Payroll inputs through HRMS. Finding out the
discrepancies in payroll from Grievance List for proving arrear salary if any. Monitoring
LOP (Loss of Pay), Resigned Cases, Long Absent Cases, to be considered during
payroll process of the every month. Maintaining Leave Reports of all Staffs
from biometric attendance system & consider for payroll input.
