Education: Must have experience in executing back-to-back Oracle HRMS/Payroll completions, preferably R12 and preparation of detailed design.
Experience: 3-7 yrs exp in Oracle HRMS modules (HRMS, SSHR, and Payroll, iRecruitment, Talent Management, compensation & benefits). Exp in preparation of Detailed Design, Technical Spec(MD50, MD70) and Test Cases based on requirements. Middle East exp preferred .
