Procter and Gamble looking for Associate Manager

Associate Manager - Engineering responsible for following functions,

He/she must lead process engineering for India wide Beauty projects for new process/product initiatives as well as capacity expansion projects
He/she must lead the initial process definition and then work with external suppliers to develop detailed design and construction grade design package
He/she must work with suppliers in India and overseas to use the best value equipment and engineering services to deliver the project objectives
He/she must ensure technical correctness of the work done internally or externally
He/she must lead equipment qualification as well as support construction at multiple Beauty sites across India.
He/she must deliver projects within cost, schedule, safety and quality targets.
