Analyze requirements from clients,assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams. Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.  Develop relationships with hiring/ business managers of clients. Meet revenue and bottom line targets. Self motivated with strong work ethics. Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating. Decent understanding of information technology systems. Ability to work effectively with team member
