Job Description: Selected candidates should responsible for Managing
the entire liasioning process from end-to-end for sanction approvals ,
Developing relations with land brokers, landowners, fund companies,
international brokers, Coordinating the review of parent documents and title
scrutiny with legal departments, preparation of statutory drawings for
approvals from the various Government agencies like CMDA, DTCP, AAAI, CMWSSB,
PCB, Environmental norms, AIR etc.
