Project Name: STUDIES ON HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSING (HPP) OF
HIGH VALUE PERISHABLE COMMODITIES (SHP).
M. Tech. in Post Harvest Engg. / Dairy & Food Engg./
Agricultural Structures & Process Engineering with First division.
Candidates should have working experience with analytical
equipment/ novel process equipment and should be responsible for exposure to
conducting basic studies on properties of food materials and its optimization,
design and development of processing equipment etc.
Pay Scale/Salary/Stipend is Rs. 18,000/-p.m.
