The application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad.

How to Apply: Interested and Eligible candidate may apply online from the website http://apvvp.ap.nic.in. After submission of online application, take printout of the submitted application form and send along with the self addressed cover of size with postal stamps worth of Rs.25/- and a self addressed post card, attested copies of MBBS/PG Degree/PG Diploma certificate, SSC certificate, study certificate, caste certificate, etc and bank draft, enclosed in an envelope super scribed as mentioned in an notification, should reach to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Sultan Bazar, Koti, A.P., Hyderabad.

Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form is 17th December 2013 up to 05:00 PM.
Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy of Application form with necessary enclosures is 27th December 2013 up to 05:00 PM.
