Job Description: Selected Candidates should be responsible
for service interventions are carried out efficiently and develop a competent
service team WITH an objective of achieving CTS growth targets and customer
satisfaction WITHIN the CTS structure and guidelines, Train dealer engineers to
solve complex technical problems, Monitor complaint registers of dealers and
track dealer performance to ensure that they are performing service
interventions in line with the requirements of the machine population, Assist
the Regional A/M Manager in Recruitment and Induction etc.
